Jesse Palmer was born on October 5, 1978, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and grew up in Nepean, a suburb of Ottawa. Sports ran in his family, as his father, Bill Palmer, played for the Ottawa Rough Riders, while his mother, Susan Palmer, worked as a fashion and print model.
