KUPA announces recruitment drive for sales representatives in Machakos, Makueni, and Kitui
The Kenyan Urban People Association (KUPA) has announced a recruitment drive for sales representatives.
KUPA, an organization dedicated to the welfare of Kenyan people, is seeking aggressive, self-driven individuals passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives.
“We are currently recruiting candidates for the position of Sales Representatives in Machakos, Makueni, and Kitui. Join our team and be part of an organization committed to improving lives,” KUPA stated.
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Certificate in Sales and Marketing.
- Experience: At least two years in a relevant field.
- Residency: Must be residents of Machakos, Makueni, Kitui, or other regions.
- Skills: Computer literacy, high integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates must be customer-focused, persuasive, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for
- Selling KUPA-Kenya products to individuals, groups, and businesses.
- Prospecting new markets.
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
