KUSCCO To Auction Over 50 Properties Across Kenya In June

The Kenya Union of Savings and Credit Co-operatives (KUSCCO) has announced a major public auction involving more than 50 properties across the country.

The auctions will take place in three phases on June 5, 10, and 13, 2025.

The auction will be conducted by Watts Auctions on behalf of KUSCCO and will feature a wide range of properties including residential homes, commercial buildings, and undeveloped plots.

Buyers looking for investment opportunities in different parts of Kenya are encouraged to participate.

Among the properties listed are multi-storey buildings, maisonettes, bungalows, vacant plots, and commercial units located in both prime and developing areas such as Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, Kisumu, and Homa Bay.

Some of the standout listings include a multi-storey residential block in Kisumu, located behind the Community Life Church, and a plot in Kisian.

In Kajiado County, properties up for auction include a nearly one-acre plot in Kaputiei North, bungalows, and residential houses in Kitengela.

Machakos County will feature vacant plots in Joska and Sabaki, as well as commercial and residential buildings in various areas.

In Nairobi, properties include apartments in Kirichwa Gardens in Kileleshwa, a unit in Nyayo Estate, and a maisonette with a servant quarter in Eastlands.

A three-storey residential block in Umoja and a house under construction in Ruiru, Kiambu, are also part of the listings.

Buyers interested in the Coast region can expect options in Mombasa, such as residential blocks in Bamburi Fisheries Estate, a single-storey house in Likoni, and a mixed-use building in Shanzu.

In the western region, the listings include a storey building in Ulanda near Migori, a vehicle workshop in Nyamataro, and several parcels in Kakamega located close to schools and trading centres.

KUSCCO has advised interested buyers to visit the properties before the auction dates.

All sales will be concluded on the auction days, and each property has already undergone valuation and land ownership verification.

“This transparent and legally guided process includes properties in counties such as Kiambu, Kajiado, Machakos, Kisumu, Meru, Nyeri, and more. Buyers can be confident in the legitimacy of each listing,” KUSCCO said in a social media update.

To participate in the auction, bidders must pay a refundable deposit of KSh 500,000 to receive a bidding number.
