Tower SACCO has officially recognized the exceptional talent and high-performing branches driving its ambitious growth strategy.
During the prestigious 2025 Award Ceremony, the SACCO celebrated the individuals and teams whose dedication is anchoring the institution’s journey toward its Vision 2030 goal.
The gala event highlighted the critical role of innovation and grassroots excellence.
In a statement reflecting the SACCO’s core mission, the organization noted that the awarded staff are dedicated to achieving the Sacco growth mandates.
“Tower SACCO proudly celebrated its outstanding employees during the 2025 Award Ceremony, recognizing individuals and branches whose dedication and innovation continue to drive the SACCO’s growth and success in line with its vision of achieving an asset base of 80 billion by 2030,” read the statement in part.

Among the top individual honorees was Dennis Moruri, the Digital Marketing Officer, and Madam Cecilia Wambui, who earned the title of Sales Executive of the Year.

In the branch categories, Nakuru and Kamakis emerged as the evening’s biggest winners, each securing four awards. The SACCO confirmed their dominant performance, noting:
“Nakuru Branch and Kamakis Branch also stood out, each taking home four awards for their outstanding performance.”

The broad success across the network was further evident as several other branches were recognized, including Nyeri, Narok, Thika, Ol’Kalou, Ngorika, Kariobangi, Maai-Mahiu, and Miharati.
“Other branches recognized for excellence include Nyeri Branch, Narok Branch, Thika Branch, Ol’Kalou Branch, Ngorika Branch, Kariobangi Branch, Maai-Mahiu Branch, Miharati Branch, and the Diaspora Branch.”
The Sacco board and management led by CEO Patrick Njenga congratulated all winners for their remarkable achievements and continued commitment to excellence.
